The brake drillings, fork blades, bottle bosses, look of the track ends. It's hard to tell from those pics, but the geo looks more relaxed than traditional track geo. It's possible of course that it was built as a road fixed frame, but then I'd expect to see mudguard eyes - people used that kind of frame for winter training.
Having said all that, it looks like a nicely built steel frame under the powdercoat - that seat cluster is nicely put together.
