Woundup disc... And inquire if they can build the track fork but with the disc mount?
Might not go well with the alu tubes though.
level top tube, as in horizontal? Or by "banked" did you mean sloping up/semi compact geo?
thought you would've been going steel, am sure alu will be great though.
