For Sale: Un-known 50-60s track frame

Got this off a local chap who had some serious track porn. Purchased this with the intention of doing a lovely restore but this was before I got my current track bike, so this has just been laying around. I knew it was way too big for me but I just fancied another personal project.

Nice chap but he's done some hideous lug-lining and painting on this thing. Fairly sure it's a Claud butler as I recognize the fork ends and droputs, plus the super duper thin seat stays.

Does have some rust but nothing a little rubbing down or bead blasting wouldn't sort.

If you want this frame powder-coating or painting I can do either, but I think left the tatty black and rubbed the forks down plus horrible lug colours and details off and straight lacquered the whole thing, it would look rad.

I stupidly left my tape measure at my workshop but it looks about a 58 square

I can't stress enough how light this thing is, it's nuts!

James, Provided that the rust is superficial, and that there are no bends or frame damage to any of the threads or tubes, I would like to buy this frame from you for the 190 that you are asking powder coated. Frame back from powder-coaters and there is some damage to it.

Frame is now a cool silver with a hint of glitter added in.
As you can see there is a hole near the bottom-bracket bridge.

This frame was actually not as solid as I thought. I've checked the frame internally and this is the only part of the frame which has rusted like this. There is some pitting to the forks but nothing major.
