Any suspension fork described as 'vintage' doesn't bode well! (And to my eye, the forks look a little long for the frame's geo)
They are 100mm SIDs from 2000. Frame was probably designed for 80mm, so with the recommended 25% sag they'll be fine.
Anyone with a spark of technical interest / ability can find their way around SIDs - the tricky bit would be finding spare parts beyond seals and the special adapter for pressurising the air cans.
