th350, currently 3.45 mini-spool 9bolt borg-warner.
should go deep 10's @ 130+mph. has more hp and torque than my previous car that ran 11.3@123, but its 400 kg's lighter.

The licence plate possibilities here are endless. Cheap too.

Took a lot of willpower not to paint my new bike in Gulf colours.
Meanwhile, in Sweden:

No, it belongs to a friend in the UK. He'd just arrived at the Nordschleife to participate in Rad Am Ring.

we're back! what a road trip.
1791 miles on some of the most amazing roads i have ever seen! the car didn't miss a beat and the weather was 30 degrees every day.
the drive through paris sucked. the a10 from nice to florence was hard work. we did see this:
the ss222 through chianti was astounding. only traffic let if down. (what i thought was) the perfect mix of bends, straights and changes in elevation. We also took a gravel road that was apparentley a stage in the tuscany rally this year - WOO HOO! sideways honeymoon action...
the road from volterra to san gimignano was incredible. so much fun in a light little car. sarah was almost car sick by the end, but i was loving it. there is also a road between siena and arezzo (sr73?) which i would say was my favourite.
crossing over the apuane alps was terrifying. the 1000m drop just to your right/left mean that it was a bit too hairy to go really hard. the car got pretty hot on the way up and the brakes on the way down. still, it was worth the detour.
then we went around the coast, heading towards nice again. i drove the monaco grand prix track, nearly wiping out a 100k mercedes in my excited state. saw this on the way:
i am really happy with the little mg. the twisty, windy roads meant that it had plenty of power to have fun at sensible speeds (a little more would have been nice). i made some videos which i will upload when i have edited them of the grand prix track and a couple of the drives.

Ah may zing! Very nice, sounds like you had a brilliant time. Love the sunset photo and the 959!
What's the exhaust look like on that? Sounds immense.
