Lots of views but no comments.
Looks like the start has been put back to 0800 in case the advertised 0700 start was putting people off.

We've had a very good entry including newer riders from local clubs (inc tri riders).
The organiser will keep entries open for a few more days because of the bank holiday.
Go on - treat yourself to an event in lovely N Essex and a pub lunch at the Chequers afterwards

The race is on Sunday morning - 0800 start.
If you're at a loose end for Sunday then ride up and watch this - over 50 riders on 3 laps of a hilly TT circuit. It'll be a very good TT to watch as a spectator as you'll see each rider 3 times.
Tea & cake at the Eagle RC club hut afterwards or if you're making a day of it then lunch next door in the pub.
Go on - you know you want to!
Hi all
There may be some of you interested in racing this event; rather than ploughing up and down a dual carriageway in search of a fast time, a hilly TT tests your fitness, stamina and bike handling skills.
Best not on a fixed though!
Eagle RC has an excellent sporting course - 3 laps of a testing circuit between Thaxted and Debden. Quiet roads, super countryside and the famous hospitality at our clubhouse in Ugley, Essex. There is parking, changing rooms, showers etc.
It's also a great TT circuit for spectators as you can see your rider several times.
PM me and I can send you a poster or you can get more information from our website; www.eaglerc.org. If you're familiar with the CTT website you can enter online at;

There's also the Chequers Pub next door for a recovery Sunday lunch so why not make a day of it!
Hope to see you there
