Wanted: Cheapest front wheel you have 700C

Front wheel 700C

Looking for something still that can still be used. BRake surface doesnt matter. Clincher with tyres if possible.

Just need to try something out and would want something cheap as i'm pretty sure i'll end up breaking it apart.

I've an 'as new' 700c front wheel for £20. From a low-end Evans hybrid thing. It's done just 80 miles.
Or I might be able to find you a used one from my random collection with tyre and tube for £15.
It would be an East collection.
