Nice bike. Just a shame the build is a bit 'ho-hum'.
I'm interested ... I'm around 5'7" - but that usually means a 16-18" frame
I take it that the 14.5" measurement is centre to centre - ? A better gauge of size would be the effective toptube measurement... but the actual would be a start - I'm guessing 54-55cm?
Headtube looks like 10cm??
