Mine did the exact same thing. I was bombing down a hill at the time and it got jammed in my rear wheel, locking it up causing my tyre to have a really bad wear spot and a massive burn hole in the bag.
Suffice to say I wasn't very happy. Wiggle refunded me the cash straight away and Fizik are sending me some stuff to say sorry for what could have been a very dangerous situation.

Heh, I had a spare tub in mine when the clip snapped exactly where everyone else's snapped.
I now toe-strap the spare to the saddle rails:

Lezyne's saddle bags are pretty awesome. Especially http://www.lezyne.com/en/products/organizers/caddys#!micro-caddy-s-m as it has no seatpost strap to cause bib wear... It's also absurdly solidly attached, esp compared to my previous specialized saddle bag
Just got sent a replacement one of these Fizik Saddle Bag as the last one snapped at the clip. The packaging shows both the integrated clip system but then also shows a strap from the back of the bag. Any idea about this strap thing and what to use as you would of through that it would stop the clip breaking?
