Thanks for all the suggestions. Couldn't stretch to the full Moots finishing kit so in the end I have gone for a Vamoots CR with Enve fork, stem, handlebars and seat post. Chris King headset (black) and, for wheels, i went for the Archetype rims on matching Chris King hubs. Went for a Chorus groupset (manual not EPS). Can't wait to get my hands on it! I'll post some pics when I can.
