"Hi I've got a old pug fixed gear but want to build a much nicer singlespeed and been looking at the foffa prima frameset. I wanna do it in dark green and as they already come in that colour thought it might be a good frame to build on? Anyone have any experience with them? Do you think I could get a better frame and have it powder coated for less than £239 they charge?"

"£240 is alot of money in the second hand frame market, with a bit of reading around here and a bit of patience with the classifieds or ebay you could get yourself something pretty special for that.

If it must be that specific colour and you're happy to powdercoat it, you can definitely get a better frame than the Foffa second-hand.
