I hate to jump on the bandwagon but I just ordered some Hy/Rd calipers this morning- looks like my BR-CX75's will never make it out of their boxes.
I've run road BB7's and to be frank found them to be disappointing and in need of constant fettling to keep them at their best.
I'd keep the finishing kit (stem/bars/seatpost) all from one supplier, but that's just me being OCD. I'm also not a big fan of Thomson stuff as (and I may be totally on my own here) it's been full of clicks and ticks for me.
