If we're not selling the shirt, rather commissioning it to be made, then surely the only reprocussion we could potentially suffer would be not being allowed to wear it in public? - and that would take the creator finding us all...
Also recent changes to internet image laws mean that if the image has no meta data and a search for Weuser2012 doesn't help you in your effort to find the creator ( I just searched but would search for longer before saying I couldn't find them for sure..) then you can use the image
