I'm not around that weekend, but could do the one before or after.
Also I've just bought myself a Mondeo estate which I'm happy to fill up with stuff for this if that helps.
Also, awesome, this is finally happening! Good work everyone

We should move this/create a public thread when the dates and details are confirmed. Larger audience there and not everyone checks the LPC. Pretty sure the Cambridge and Brighton guys would help out too given sufficient notice.

It's particularly easy for me to load at Ryan's end, he just had to shout loud enough when he needs me.

If its just one court for the moment, can we make it bigger?
Westway is 45m x 25m and that is awesome to play on.

in all seriousness, wont we need to treat the entire boards?
Hey folks,
Just had the OK from HH to build up a court on their new MUGA... No real details yet but we've been told after Sept 15th would be best... 21st September is a provisional date suggested by Coach...
Plan is to use the best uprights and boards we have left over from LO2013 and build one large competition standard court (39m x 18m, I think that's right anyway)...
We'll need to get down to HH, decide where we wanna put it, then mark the court out
We'll need a team to load the wood that's at Ryan's workshop into a Zip Van/truck, a driver (maybe two drivers/vans) and then another team down at HH for unloading and building... We'll have to do this when there isn't a session on the track, I'll liaise with HH about this...
We'll also need to think about some kind of a net solution, what happened at St Paul's, can we use that same system? We'll also have to get the wood waterproofed to protect it from the elements... Again, not sure if we should do this on the day then come back the next day when it's dry for some games on it...
Not sure if this date clashes with anything... I'll need to get back to HH ASAP so let me know your feelings/reservations/gripes/etc...
Almost there... :)
