up for trying a new court but I'm working next few sundays :(

Lets pencil it in for September 8th then, that'll give it a bit of time to get some more interested people on board during the week.

Hey kev if the court is worth it we should fix the boards properly with a wooden bite behind and screw into it. It will look better, stay on better and give the impression the council 'ok'd' it.

I've got a circular saw that runs on a track so cutting strips from a sheet is super easy. Also got a jigsaw if we need any cutouts. They're both corded though so unfortunately can't do any court side tweaks (I can bring some handsaws though). Just let me know a few days in advance and I'll do it after work. If I'm free when you want to install then I'll come and help.

I've also got a huge stack of short 2"x4" lengths from the frames that held up the courts if we need them

Yeah I was thinking the exact same thing last night. Will get some of those roofing bolts that are smooth on top (what are they called?) for the courtside.

Me and Mya are leaving London on Friday to go to France for a few months. We've had loadsa fun playing polo with everybody in London and we'll be down at Newington tomorrow with some cans and a BBQ to say some goodbyes so hopefully we'll see people there!

Replaced my rear rim but reused the spokes, 2 snapped during trying so hopefully the rest hold. If anyone has 286 or 288mm spokes and wants rid of them I'll buy them.
