I used to really enjoy CM, but then got increasingly disappointed by the numbers of people being passive-aggressive or aggressive to other road users. What's worse is that even if such aggression is shown, no one else speaks out about it.

You can argue that CM is many things to many people, but aggression should not be an acceptable element of that. If we refuse to call people out on the night, and refuse to change at future events, there is a collective responsibility and collective blame for these actions when we allow them to continue.

This is not ok and I don't feel like I can be part of something that reflects badly on cyclists in the same way.
