we are 3 post student, working bike friendlies from around the forum and need a 4th flatmate for this cosy 4 bed house in East Dulwich SE22 - right between the Peckham Rye Park and to the Lordship Lane with a 5 min walk to both.
kitchen is nice and modern with dish washer, spacious living room with dining area and a garden out the back.
the room with kingsize bed is spacious and quite sunny, has a huge wardrobe, a chest of drawers and space for a desk.
570,- a month, plus bills
475,- deposit up front required.
