go to your flickr photo ( the one you want to upload )
right mouse click on photo and you'll see a little screen showing sizes
choose the medium / 640 option that seems to fit nicely in the posts
click size required
you then have a screen that shows the sized photo
right mouse click on photo > properties ( right at the bottom )
copy address URL
http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2616/4173248397_01a1ec32c4_z.jpg
then on the list of icons just above the posy box hit the yellowy looking icon ( insert image )
up will pop a little box paste the URL above into said box deleting what is in there already and hey presto a photo .... hopefully
give it a try and let me know if that works
