Obviously, but I think Look made a mistake in marrying the 3-link ergostem to the external steerer fork, becasue it places the first pivot about 25-30mm further from the steering axis than it was with the quill and AHead ergostems.
The L96 shows how it should have been, using multiple choices of extension rather than having one set of parts to deal with both height and reach adjustment
