I think you'd have to completely re-composite from the original elements, after which you'd be dealing with claims from the copyright holders of the elements. Not sure how UK courts have dealt with collage. Under US case law, I'm reasonably confident that the composite image is a sufficient transformation from any individual element to make it a fair use.
