awh :( and you don't have a bank account? Bank transfers aren't a problem for me. You're not interested in some 1 inch full carbon forks which are drilled?

I WOULD be interested in some drilled carbon forks, but I'm paying VBC a visit to buy a pair of forks. -

I PM'd a long time ago asking for them Nuts. Get in line

lol, THAT is also true. I've changed the saddle to a San Marco Ponza Power Arrowhead - but I don't think thats worthy of another picture.

What is it that makes the frame not horizontally parallel to the ground? Is it just the way the frame is built?
I was thinking of buying a Pre Cursa but don't like bikes where the front part is higher than the back.
Thanks, noob question here I know

Not a noob question at all - My Pre Cursa seems to be the older version of the PC you can buy directly from Dolan now. For example here is a modern PC with a campact geo (like mine) Compact geo PC
And here's one with a sloping top tube: Sloping Dolan PC.
BUT saying that; it seems that Dolan's PCs vary in geometry and the geometry chart they have on their website is not 100% reliable.
Mine was supposed to be a 58cm frame but actually measures 57 square. In conclusion; when ordering a PC from Dolan there is a small chance that the geometry/measurements may be wrong. In my opinion I don't mind the compact geo, it feels faster and more responsive. (And it makes getting off the bikes easier). Hope my answer didn't bore you.

Ok so there is no way for me to know when buying my 54 that it's gonna be sloping/normal or the other way around that I don't like?
Also, is there an existing thread on here with the beginners questions on which frame to get in the UK when building your first bike?
Thanks!

It's not a gamble. All the currently used geometry by Dolan will be sloping tube. Unless changes occur or you buy an older one like he has. For the money, the Pre-Cursa is a solid bargain. Edit: Just saw what you posted. Yours is the currently used one. As far as I know, Dolan design some frames for special occasions like big batch orders. The Lo-Pro looking one is the only one I've seen so far. You're alright with a 57. You should feel sorry for those with smaller frames. Completely confusing. http://www.dolan-bikes.com/pre-cursa-geometry-chart

What is it about a sloping tube that you dislike so much? Is it functional or aesthetic?

Just aesthetic mainly and because this is the first bike I'm going to invest a good amount of money I'd like something that suits me

Then look outside Dolan. What exactly are you looking for in terms of geometry? What do you intend to do with the bike? i.e riding style, distance.
Also, budget? -

Also, budget?Commuting and also night/weekend rides. Don't know yet about distance. In terms of geometry I'm looking for something quite simple. Had a look at that earlier on : http://wearefactoryfive.com/frames/f550.html
Budget-wise it would be around £600-700

The slope on the pre cursa top tube is barely noticeable, uoeno's has much more than mine anyways.

Definitely right there mate, but I'm riding I don't seem to notice the difference though. It actually feels smoother and more responsive when turning sharp-ish corners. But if you are a stickler for the "perfect" looking frame then my Dolan (and a lot others) might not be the one for you. -

- Bulls need to be taped
- Forks to be drilled/Sold to B0N0R
Apart from that, build is finished.
Will embedd pictures when I get on my laptop.

You should know the tule: a bike is never finished. Black spacers, Nice crankset, One link out of the chain etc.

Yeah, I know.. :( Gosh! Lay off Jan! Tbh for the very restricted budget I have; I think I have done okay. Will obviously be looking at ways in the future to better the build. Thanks for the reminder though.
Mate do you even legal guardian?
