That was a good plan when you could get discontinued Mirage and Veloce UT cranks for peanuts, and as long as you are happy with the 46mm chainline. Now that Campag don't make metal cranks with UT axles any more, not so much.
PowerTorque is no better than HT2 or GXP, so you might as well keep life simple by avoiding the hidden fifth bolt and less common 135mm PCD
