I'm a bit concerned that the 'rapey' angle might be misconstrued.

I'm not making light of it, it's just that it's such a constant presence in the factory, a very angry atmosphere focusing, sometimes, on women.

It's bleak, but I'm just telling it how it is.

Very reminiscent of the motor industry!!

One tiny typo at the end, "been" instead of "being".
