Ah man, what an ass hole. Out him so no one on here goes through such an ordeal.
Personally I would be so upset by this treatment and actual appearance of the frame. However, I don't know anybody that makes their dreams happen without some bumps in the road and reaching the dream after travelling so far far will make it all the more rewarding.
Don't loose heart, get some compo and out the seller.
