Tourney: Birmingham Mini Tourney 6th October 2013

i know it's the same weekend as canterbury, but we are a long way away from them, and our tournament will be much smaller and feature 100% less ping pong so we're not really competing. It's the only weekend birmingham players could make, and canterbury dan is cool with it, so just get off my back alright?

This will be a very lo-fi tournament, with basically no technology, facilities or prizes, but we do have a pretty good court with smooth and high barriers, and decent hockey-style goals which allow glorious top-corner fluke goals.

One-day (10am-5pm), one court
10 team cap
cancellable if the weather is looking terrible (we'll make the call a day in advance) so you might want to drive...
Format depends on the number of teams, but will be round robin if few turn up; swiss + single elim if we reach the cap.
