If that's 5-arm, it'll be 110mm BCD, minimum 34T (unless you're loaded). Switching to MTB 4-arm, 104BCD, would give you a 32T minimum (unless you're loaded).

yep it is 5 arm 110 BCD, (do you think it's worth switching to 34?
