I'm entirely open to explanations as to how this is a reflection of the multicultural society in which we live, rather than a tired old re-hash of "go back to your own country".

Or should we just revise TEH RULEZ to read:
Your local club, or
Your dad's club

and...

You must be an indigenous, 26th generation, white, working-class Englander.

Does not state that they are not welcome, just states that Liverpool has a popular following which spans nation and culture.
