It makes no real difference.
Though it does highlight the insanity of BC cutting up the capital city into 3 major regions.
Herne Hill is in the South East region, Regents Park in Central, the Olympic Park in East.
A short ride around London and you are in 3 different regions. They must've been smoking something the day that they thought that a smart idea.
They should've kept London as one regardless of what region it belonged in. I wonder if they've split any other city like this... only Guildford, which they seem to love to spell incorrectly.
