Club region.
It seems that London isn't a region, and that London is split by three British Cycling regions: Central, East, South East (of England).

As a result I've been asked to pick where LFGSS is located, a pin on a map... I've dropped the in central London, in the EC1A post-code right in the middle of London.
That puts us in the East region.
This is basically irrelevant, but if we ever acquired ambition and stopped drinking as much, apparently this is where the region where the club standing will be listed.
