Ach. Sorry to hear this.
Seems odd because the Aliens were specifically designed for lanky gits and they don't usually have small feet!
I wonder what solutions others have come up with, or even if anyone else has had the same problem?
Shit about them being unhelpful.
Have you tried 'normal' cranks like DA or S75? Are yours particularly bulky or long?
