Freecycle: Wood (stained pine)

I've got 1 half of a flat pack pine double bed that got delivered incorrectly. It's mainly the plank sections.

I'm going to be throwing it at the end of this week as it needs to be removed from my office.

Pick up from monument.

Could I carry it on public transport? I'm not kidding, btw. A picture would be useful too.

I'll see what I can do in terms of images.

I carried one half of it on public transport (5mins walk + bus + 5mins walk). It's quite big and reasonably heavy. If you're a guy with average upper body strength I'm sure you'll be ok.
