Thats exactly what I thought, I've only seen them on skinny steel track forks.

Rather than adding stickers to the whole frame, go down to your local auto bodyshop and ask them to put similar colours they have on a mixing pallet for you to see which is the nearest colour, then ask them to do a small container in which you can touch your paintwork up.

It's a Dolan so they would have used stock colours as it's easier and cheaper, they could well be Peugeot colours.
