Welcome to the forum Matt/Saffron. coolstorybro alert : I have a bike called Saffron Walden, as I like riding north east of London, the bike is yellow and orange inspired by the robes of buddhist monks, and like Thoreau, Walden is like a haven of simplicity for me. So, tldr: I like the name.
I'd really like to see your work up close some time.
