Strange decision to award different times yesterday, any gap was negligible and it was inconsistent with previous times.
I don't know a lot about Horner but you can help look at Americans of that generation and see Lance grinning back at you. Hopefully that is very unfair on him.
Nibali looked a bit nonplussed to get the red jersey back. I'm guessing Astana won't work too hard to keep it, beyond limiting any time loss to his major GC rivals. Of which I don't include Horner: for all his bombast about going for the GC win, a 41 year old taking a three week stage race is difficult to take seriously.
