Price-drop to £280 for quick sale before it goes onto Ebay

What height are you? Wondering whether if the frame is a tad too small for me...
And are you willing to split frame? -

I'm 5ft 5inches - it's a classic horizontal top tube which is rare for "small" 49cm frames so probrably equivalent to a 52cm road bike frame. As you can see from the pics the saddle can still go much higher. The effective top-tube is 520mm if that helps.
Unfortunately, I need a quick sale and unable to get drawn into the process of stripping, advertising and selling each of the parts separately, so I am looking to sell the bike complete.

Possibly of interest for my girlfriend. She's 5ft 4 ish... would you be able to measure from the pedal axle to the top of the seat? Just so I could get an idea if the saddle would go low enough.
Thanks -

ThanksI've aligned the crank arm (170mm) to the seat-tube (74.5 degrees) to measure. As per the photo saddle height - the measurement to top of the saddle from the pedal axle is 800mm. The seatpost can go down a further 3cm, and the current WTB saddle has high rails and can be swapped for a lower profile saddle which can lower by an additional 2cm I reckon.
The standover height from ground to top of the toptube is 745mm if that helps.
