Saw a guy on the pavement on Queens Road (A202) this morning.
He was on the east bound side being looked after by a fire engine crew (the fire station is practically opposite where he was). He was in the recovery position with what looked like an oxygen mask on.
I couldn't see another bike or vehicle so not sure what happened.
