Custom Track Wheel

i want to buy a new front wheel for the winter indoor season for my fes without spending a big amount of money and which fits my rear wheel.

needs:
50mm tubular carbon rim (without decals)
black nipples+spokes
black low flange road hub (minimum 24h, fork is made for mavic io)

as my personal mechanic closed his shop i do not know where to build these.
rear wheel is a alibaba 60mm tub rim and a 32h paul high flange hub, all black.

you can choose an other hub, for track a novatec or a miche is enough, check planet-x rims, i think they are the same of alibaba's rims, but you have some type of warranty on it

planet x 50mm 24h tubular 120euro
ebay asian sellers(plenty with high seller ratings and free delivery) have decent 24h low flange, go for medium weight not the ultra light as they have smaller bearings that cant take much load

will probably buy a 28h rim from asia to get the same look as the rear one and a 28h dura ace 9000 road hub.
