No, it's not sunshine and showers. That's not usually a problem as wind and sun will dry the track quickly.
What I'm seeing outside is persistent rain and heavy cloud, and not enough wind to shift either.
An educated guess would be if the rain stops and the cloud cover/moisture in the air clears, then you'd have around 2 hours before the track is safe to ride (sooner if it was very windy and sunny).
