Not bothering with an opinion on that, it's pisti, he's a bit dim sometimes, I don't consider him racist but I do consider some of his comments to be misguided.
Is the boss justified in banning him, yes.
Would the boss have been castigated for not banning him, no.
Should people pull pisti up to his face when he steps out of line, yes.
Is he attacking an individual or vulnerable group who need anonymous methods of reporting, no.
So ban or no ban is VBs call, I think he has already set a precedent so is trying to show a consistent approach by banning him. Fair enough.
Anonymous reporting is something I disagree with unless the person needs anonymity. There is plenty of support for slapping the ginger twerp round the face and telling him he should stop using that word so I fail to see the need for anonymous reporting, we're not children and anyone on here who uses or organises bullying as a reprisal for reporting bad behaviour to the benevolent dictator should be banned anyway.
