CPS Guidance: threats of violence or damage to property, targeting individuals, or breach of a court order should be prosecuted.
Most of these get a LFGSS ban anyway so it appears our bit of banter is well within what the CPS describes as humour.
So there, now shove it or we will scuff up your bar tape a little bit, probably underneath the tops where it won't be that noticable.
