Cause I understand over stressing the knee and getting chronic knee pain that people always complain about. Hence forth the choice of using MTB Time Atac pedals with a 5 degree angular float vs a road pedal with less when set to high tension.
But if I run that low how will I get stronger for track? Genuine query?
