Just seen the rule change for LO. While I agree that flip-flop freewheels are a bit dangerous (long teeth), I don't see how a cassette can be in the same league (shallow rounded teeth). Also, I will change gear (or an opponent will if they're feeling frisky) while playing a game to suit a court, or the team I'm playing against, or the type of play I want to achieve, therefore changing gears is actually something I would do to benefit my game and it's become part of the way I play. Just my two pence as a 9 speed fan. I'm not playing this weekend but will be there on Sunday with my illegal bike :)
