Brands was indeed a shop in Amsterdam (javastraat)
owner Peter van de Klundert made the frames himself..
he later took over his father's Brand named Sirocco wich still exists. -

Dutch 531 of unclear origin. Bought the frame on here a few years back but never been able to determine what 'Brands' is-perhaps a bike shop in Amsterdam? Anyway looks like 70's-80s frame looking at Reynolds stickers design.
