Just wondering what's the "correct" angle to have traditional drops at. I'm thinking cinelli 66s, 64s etc. For riding on the drops it feels more comfortable when they're (almost) horizontal

But I see a lot with the drops at more of an angle

Which is "correct"? Which looks best? Does it depend on ergo shifters vs just brake hoods?
etc
