Cool, I'd not heard of them before.
I'll keep it in mind for future projects/trophies with a bit more time to work out the details.

Fair enough, I'm loving the idea.

John how Tight the schedule will be in the actual 4 games per teams on one day? Would be lights on the court?
You said it's possible to gain one hour by playin some games on Friday but not enough to make it to 5 Swiss rounds. So why don't keep it to 4 and play these early games on Friday to gain extra time for some schedule issues? Are we sure we won't get rain as last year? In 2012 Both tournaments finished in a pretty dark light and one hour would have been a good thing to get.
If the schedule isn't tight in the actual scenario, forgett my com.

How tight will the schedule be? Not as tight as last year. But we also need good wipping. But also I don't really expect any rain, or if there is some, only some light rain on Saturday.
There are no lights.
Those 5 games really won't make a difference, if we need that, we just start 20 minutes earlier on Sunday, saves complicating the situation on Friday.

Rain? When does it ever rain in London?
-
• #261
Dude, do you even the north?
-
• #262
We have less rainfall in London than in New York, Barcelona, Sydney, etc.
(There's a good chance of a sprinkle at some point, but last year's weather was very out of the ordinary!)

Why isn't it Friday already? I want to play.

Last year the rain was just stupid, transforming a court in a swimming pool in 2 minutes.
Rule will be first to 5?
-
• #271
we just start 20 minutes earlier on Sunday.
Good luck with that one

Alternative I might just post 28 posts of rubbish to get to the next page... Would that be bad form?

Just standard

Geeknoises:... Buck drivers provide constant current using an analog loop and four components: capacitor, coil, transistor, schottky diode. You can get a 350ma Buck Puck(tm) for about £10. Helps avoid burning LEDs out and makes the whole thing more efficient, for even longer crazy fun trophy times.
