LONDON OPEN general volunteer announcement

BUMP!!!

So, there will be 2 volunteer groups on the Friday (not including court building!), 3 on the Saturday and 3 on the sunday!!

Each group would ideally be 5 people.

Responsibilities can be divided depending on what people want to do!

These are the duties:

1.Sales (of t-shirts, beer and possibly saddle danglers!..you will be provided with a bunch of change and a money box and a spreadsheet to fill out)

1. Litter and Loos! (yup, checking on the bog roll and bins...lots of all of this will be available to you for easy times)
   
2. Whipping (the coveted role of shouting at people, now enhanced with a microphone and some big speakers!!)
   
   

If there are 5 people then no one has to work too hard. I would like to ensure anyone who does this is free to have a wicked time too and will arrange it so you never have to do shit when you are playing. So the more the merrier!!

Groups will work for 3 hours (ish...point being not all day!!)

Group #1 (from about 1pm till 4pm...)

So that's it! I have details of those who have volunteered but if you want to fire your name on when suits best/how many groups you want to work in that'd be cool.

I love that so many people from within and outside of the community have helped so much already with the Open and volunteered their time on the day too. It's gonna be GREAT!!! LPCLPCLPCLPCLPC.....gush etc.
