Finally pretty much happy with the ride, but still needs tape, a new headset and a Zen/NJS ring, otherwise spec is:
Frame: Dave Lloyd custom lo pro (Reynolds 653)
Wheels: Mavic CXP 33 700c (rear) Mavic Open Pro 650c (front)
Hubs: White Industries ENO (rear) + System Ex (front)
Sprocket: 16T Dura Ace + Dura Ace lockring (NJS)
Headset: Stronglight piece of crap
Stem: Nitto Jaguar 80 (NJS)
Bars: Nitto RB-002
Seatpost: Nitto SP72 (NJS)
Saddle: Flite Titanium
Tyres: Continental Gatorskins
Cranks: Dura Ace 7600 crankset (NJS) + random 1/8 46T chainring
BB: Sugino 75 (NJS)
Pedals: MKS Nuevo Record + Cages (NJS)
Oh and it passes the test:
