hey guys, I've done the induction today and been told that I could try to race next Saturday – but also it was mentioned that I'd need some sort of a license from British Cycling to race, not just an induction? Is that the case? If not, I'll confirm my name on the list for women's race…

You don't need a licence, just Scoble's blessing.

^^ you need a BC licence to race track in the track league, but as this is a separate event you don't need it for this

Actuallt not joking! we had jimbilly do it last time, but hes working on saturday.
We wont expect anyone to go up to the olympic derny speed either, and i can lend a garmin to be used for speed checking

well it looks like tenderloin was up for it but i'll have a road bike anyway so happy to step in.
