  • Sick! Definitely needs that new chain though.
Cheers mate, yeah .. The chain is pretty cheap and un-reliable. I picked up an Izumi chain from Primitive Robot just a few minutes ago.

  • Sweet, then I demand some drive side photos! Ha ha.

Haha, definitely. In due time sir, in due time.

  • You've done a great job there.

  • ^ Thanks, I still have to post a drive side (I keep on postponing it, if its sunny tomorrow then I'll post one) I have decided to keep the cheap bmx chain for now (Until it falls apart then I'll put on the gold Izumi's)

  • Looks good, first rule of taking photos of your bike, DRIVE SIDE pls.

Have a look here for more anal discussion.

  • Drive-side picture as requested by many (Nothing too special tbh, thinking of getting a sturmey archer crankset in a few weeks):

P.S. The crank set runs very smoothly and silently.

  • really nice build man. looks so much better than it did with the previous owner

  • Nice build! Getting some bar plugs?

  • Thanks for the kind comments. Don't worry Prim, you're Izumi chain will be fitted once the chain fitted on atm has being worn down.

Yeah I thought black components would go fittingly with a yellow frame, as the yellow is quite conspicuous.

Thank you very much, I couldn't have done it on my own. Hopefully some black ones in the future; but not really fussed atm.

  • Nail varnish remover might take off the logo on seatpost.

Thanks, will take that into account.

  • That was quick!

  • haha, yeah. Hardly had it for 4 weeks. It was just supposed to be a quick introduction and project to building fixed gear bikes. And now I'm just looking for a lighter frame for a permanent commuter.
