  • This is my 'i need some quick exercise route' you could make it longer by riding out from manchester and back some interesting ways meaning you'd have a long ride with a very hilly middle etc

    the elevation is out on it on ridewithgps i think, my garmin and strava both give me 2600ft for the same ride, the first 10 miles or so are almost 2000ft with the second 10 being much flatter
